Our founders
Ines Grayaa

Manager of the Grayaa Ines training center in Bizerte and co-manager of the one in Tunis, Ines combines passion and scientific expertise. With a degree in biotechnology, pedagogical training and a master's degree in agri-food quality, she has transformed her love of patisserie into a unique teaching method.
His vision? To pass on more than just technical gestures. Thanks to her understanding of raw materials and manufacturing processes, she trains pastry chefs who master both the practice and the science behind each recipe.


Siwar Grayaa

Co-managing the Tunis center, Siwar has in-depth expertise in agronomy, organic farming and genetics, enriched by years of research in France and Belgium. She guarantees a rigorous selection of ingredients and a quality approach at every stage.
With 8 years' experience in administration and training in strategy and entrepreneurship, she steers the center's development with method and innovation. Her complementarity with Ines ensures a strong dynamic, where scientific rigor and creative ambition meet.
