<p>The great Tunisian classics: makroudhs, samsa, yo-yo, ghriba, with simple but generous ingredients like honey, semolina and almonds.</p>

2. Hlou Zemni (الحلو الزمني)

<p>Pastries for celebrations and ceremonies, with fine work on marzipan, artistic shapes, soft colors and refined glazes.</p>

3. Hlou Sfaxi (الحلو الصفاقسي)

<p>Sfax specialities such as makroudhs sfaxiens, mlabbes, ghriba drôa, rich in almonds and ancestral know-how.</p>

4. Baklawa (بقلاوة)

<p>The famous Tunisian baklawa: crispy layers, generous dried fruit filling, rosewater-scented syrup... A true work of sweet art.</p>
